Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable after 3 days from order confimation. Stitched orders are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available only for size issues, the customer covering shipping fees. The customer must return the original item before we ship the replacement. Exchange processing time is 5 working days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays, starting from the day we receive the retuned item.
Adjustment Policy (For stitched items)
If there is a size issue, we can create a new adjusted items for you. The customer will be charged 50% of the new item's cost as an adjustment fee.
Delivery Policy
If your order is delivered by Aramex, please note that opening or checking the package before payment is not allowed. If you experience any issue with your order after receiving it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
